Chapter 118: My Rabbit Can Move

Bai Weiwei had been outside the tent for a while, and Shen Mo, noticing her unusual silence, asked, "What's wrong?"

Bai Weiwei thought for a moment and decided not to hide it. She pointed at the plush rabbit by the tent flap and said, "I think my rabbit can move on its own."

Shen Mo was speechless.

If it weren't for the serious look on Bai Weiwei's face, he would have thought she was up to her old tricks again.

Bai Weiwei picked up the plush rabbit and checked it over and over. Finding nothing unusual, she tossed it back into the tent in front of Shen Mo.

Thud.

The rabbit landed on the mat, rolled twice, and then stayed still.

Bai Weiwei frowned and watched for a while, but the rabbit didn't move.

"Could you have put it there yourself and forgotten?" Shen Mo asked, walking over.

Bai Weiwei glanced at him sideways. "I remember putting it in my bag. Twice."

Bai Weiwei had a large canvas bag specifically for personal items: tissues, wet wipes, phone, wallet, toy gun, frog slime, the sponge mushroom Chen Hui gave her, and usually, the rabbit too.

It was hot, and holding it all the time was cumbersome, so Bai Weiwei only took it out at night to use as a pillow.

She thought for a moment, then clapped her hands together gently. "Ah! I know!"

"Know what?" Shen Mo asked.

"The 'One-Tenth Me' ability lets the user release electricity within a 2-meter radius. So does that mean it can't be more than 2 meters away from me?"

She put her hands down and wheeled herself backward. "…It's about 1 meter away now. Let me try moving back a bit more."

Shen Mo raised an eyebrow but didn't speak. He watched as the plush rabbit inside the tent twitched.

Bai Weiwei saw it too and smiled. "This thing is kind of interesting."

She continued to move backward.

The plush rabbit twitched its ears, slowly sat up, then turned its head precisely in Bai Weiwei's direction. It stood up, took a step forward with its little legs, and started walking out.

The rabbit was really moving!

It should have been a creepy scene, but Bai Weiwei couldn't help but laugh. The way the chubby plush rabbit walked was just too funny!

Its legs were so short that it couldn't move past the tent flap. Its body was blocked by the lower half of the tent, and its short legs kept reaching up, unable to climb over.

Bai Weiwei burst into laughter, still trying to wheel herself backward.

Shen Mo reached out and grabbed her.

"If you go back any further, it'll set itself on fire," Shen Mo said.

The wheelchair was about to reach the fire.

Bai Weiwei stopped moving and went back to pick up the rabbit. "How about I throw it farther this time?" she said with a smile.

Shen Mo reminded her, "It'll get dirty."

Then it wouldn't be suitable as a pillow at night.

"Then catch it for me?" Bai Weiwei asked.

Shen Mo was speechless.

Bai Weiwei took his silence as agreement and waved at him. "Move further away."

Shen Mo was silent for a moment, feeling a bit helpless. He turned and walked about ten steps away, then looked at her.

Bai Weiwei waved again. "Further!"

"…" Shen Mo took another ten steps back.

"I'm going to throw it!" Bai Weiwei said.

Shen Mo's face darkened. He wasn't sure if he was overthinking it, but he felt like they were playing fetch with a dog.

"If you don't catch it, you have to pick it up for me," Bai Weiwei shouted from afar.

"…" Shen Mo was speechless.

Before Shen Mo could completely lose his patience, Bai Weiwei threw the plush rabbit with a swing of her arm!

The rabbit drew a white arc in the air and landed in Shen Mo's hands.

He immediately felt the plush bundle in his hands struggling.

Its short arms and legs were flailing about. He couldn't hold it and frowned, tightening his grip. Suddenly, he felt a sharp pain in his palm! He instinctively loosened his grip—

The rabbit fell to the ground and ran towards Bai Weiwei!

"What's going on?" Bai Weiwei wheeled over. As soon as she entered the 2-meter radius, the rabbit stopped moving.

She picked up the rabbit and moved closer to Shen Mo, noticing a red mark on his palm.

"Did it bite you?" Bai Weiwei asked.

Shen Mo looked at her with an unreadable expression. "It shocked me."
